We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience; if your chair or desk isn't the right fit, you can return your item within 49 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a refund.

Pack and Ship
Disassemble the product carefully and secure it in its original packaging; you are responsible for shipping the item back to our regional EU warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure all parts are present and undamaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
